7. Gegen den Wind Lauftag 04.07.2010

Beautiful weather, challenging course, and an amusement park-like setting set the perfect stage for the seventh annual half marathon organized by Gegen den Winds Events in Sankt Peter-Ording.
Dr. Michael Rohrs controlled the race from the start to win with a time of 1:17:08 on a tough and technical 7 km loop through sandy stretches, wood trails, and paved roads.
The 370 runners together with numerous cheering spectators enjoyed the extra entertainment activities, food, and music present at the start/finish area on the Beach.
